Susan you were a consummate professional, colleague and most importantly a friend. You were so honored and proud to be apart of the Marsh Excellence Initiative and the meeting that was to take place on the 99th floor that day with other colleagues from Marsh. To this day I remember your passion for the work you did. Twenty years has passed by but it seems like yesterday of this senseless terrorist attack on people just going to work. RIP

Susan, I will never forget your smile and warm welcome almost every morning for my first month at Marsh (August 2001). You made me feel like I belonged and could do anything. I remember that morning, I didn't see you but found out later why. Of course, you so full of kindness and encouragement would be at the Marsh Excellence meeting in NYC. In one short month of knowing you, your soul left a lasting impression. I even tell my children about you. Rest in peace. You will never be forgotten. Xo

I had just my career in the industry and Susan was always helpful to me. She was an extemely kind person and overall great person.

Susan, was a beautiful soul. Thoughtful with a deep faith. She was joyful the day before 9/11as she was going to represent our office on a new initiative, and it was her first time to the World Trade Towers. Prayers are offered for her soul and every year her name is prayed for at my church. Rest in peace beautiful lady. Mj
