Stopped by the memorial today and it is always a peaceful place to reflect. 24 years have passed and Carlos will always be in our hearts.

Still think about you often and always offer a prayer every time I pass the WTC site. Thank you for enriching our lives while you graced this earth, you will never be forgotten.

I had the pleasure of working with Carlos on a number of occasions. The necessity of getting something done quickly never stopped Carlos from saying something pleasant, asking a personal question, or making a friendly enquiry.
