Jackie, I miss you! I enjoyed our many chats, i.e., my many scoldings, during our time at Johnson & Higgins; thanks for keeping me focused and in line. It's rather strange the things we remember about one another. I can still see your quiet smile that echoed and filled any empty or lonely space. Thank you for believing in me, encouraging me, and helping me to build my business during my trying post J&H; days. Somewhere in storage lie my planner that contains the many interviews we scheduled but fate would not allow to happen. Again, with a big smile on my face, I say thank you for simply being you! I remembered, and will always fondly remember you. Joe Smith

I think of Jackie from time to time, and this past 9/11 I visited the Postcards Memorial here on S.I. I also think about the people that loved her and how their lives have been changed forever.

Not a day goes by that we don't remember you guys in our hearts and in our minds. Though we never held hands and walked this path together our arms are around you now and we'll never let your memories go. Peace.

Jacquelyn was a one of those special colleagues I never met, but talked to frequently on the phone because of her role in helping colleagues with their expense accounts. I was very appreciateive of her kind manner and humor. Thoughts and prayers are with your family today.

I never met Jacquelyn face to face but we spoke on the phone often. I worked in Albany and she handled my expense reports. Jacquelyn was always very sweet and patient, especially when she had to call to correct or clarify something on my report, which happened regularly. I'm sure that she called me more often than she would have liked but she was always patient and kind. She was a wonderful woman, I miss her.

Jackie never had a bad thing to say about anyone. Although I didn't work directly with her, we did work for the same Finance Department, and I would see her almost every day. She always had a big smile on her face and had only pleasant things to say. She is missed by all.

Whenever I think about Jackie I can hear her asking me if I had heard from Lisa, a previous co-worker in the Finance Dept. It's funny how the simplest or silliest things stick in your mind. My hope is that she didn't suffer, although I know her family is suffering every day.

What an absolute wonderful lady she was! Although we worked in the same Finance Dept., I did not have many business dealings with Jackie, yet I was drawn to her as a person and would always find time to exchange a word or two in the coffee room. 'How's Miss Katie?' she would always ask me (about my young daughter), and I would tell her the latest news. I miss these pleasant chats...I miss Jackie!

Jackie always knew how to make someone laugh and had a great sense of humor. She took her time doing things. I would always rush for the ferry, she would take her sweet time yet we would catch the same boat. Jackie always complemented people and found nice things to say to them. She gave me several maps and directions when I went on a road trip which were very helpful to me. I wish her family peace, I miss her.

Jackie always had a smile on her faceand and was one of the friendliest people I know. Always willing to help others in their time of need no matter what the situation. She is truly an angel in heaven.

Jackie gave me the receipe for my first thanksgiving turkey, unfortunately I messed it up. However, this past thanksgiving I believe she was with me in spirit because the turkey was delicious. I miss her dearly!

It's amazing how very small this world could sometimes be. I worked with Jackie at Marsh at the 1 WTC site on the 98th floor only to find out that we were also co-workers at International Paper Company at least 14 years prior at this very site, 1166. She will be missed.
